This illustration series is a personal reinterpretation of the classic Major Arcana Tarot suite and consists of 22 risograph printed cards in blue and yellow. Each card is 10x15 cm, printed on both sides on thick paper.

This illustration series is a reinterpretation of the classic Major Arcana Tarot suite, featuring Alkimi, a young alchemist apprentice. Her story takes place in an alternate universe in a relatively recent past, where women’s emancipation had already happened, and, as such, she’s able to study the sciences and lead a much more independent life.

The visuals are lighthearted, with a tinge of nostalgia, being reminiscent of old fairytale illustrated books - but with a twist.

The Fool and The World printed on A3 paper and mounted on the wall - part of a group show at Pictoplasma Festival during 14-18 September 2022.
